The Bastion
Located in the historic Fairmount Neighborhood at 715 Hawthorne Ave. , The Bastion compound encompasses nearly an entire city block with its event space, outdoor patio, gardens, and residential units. This unique historic property was once the Edna Gladney Home for Unwed Mothers and is designated as a Texas Historic Landmark.
The Bastion is available for private events and corporate meetings. Whether you are looking at brunch, lunch, reception, or dinner party, The Bastion event hall and courtyard are available for private events. Please specify indoors or outdoors. Chef Chandra's deep appreciation for the organic relationship between culture and food prompted her to seek out an event space in the heart of Fort Worth where she could host events and culinary classes. Bringing together her love of cuisine and community. And thus, the Bastion was born!
