After years of many, many cooking classes some of the most memorable and enjoyable have been the gourmet groups, the large families, and of course the competitive coworkers. We invite you to gather a group from 6 to 30 people for an afternoon or evening of cooking, dinning and enjoyment. You select the cuisine or the theme, and we will create the class, the take home recipes, the instruction plan, and the full service sit down meal.

Parisian Bistro - Prepare classic French bistro dishes. Learn from a chef and professional culinary instructor who spent countless evenings strolling the streets of Paris to savor the cuisine in bistros and cafés and years in the basement kitchens of Paris trying to afford those meals.
Taste of Tuscany Fall & Winter - Cool weather Tuscan meals to prepare the meals and leave with the unique recipes.
Thai Cuisine at Home - Learn the tricks of the trade to prepare Thai dishes you love.
Mediterranean Classics - Learn secrets of this diverse regional cuisine from Greece to Spain.
Simply French - Learn the secrets and timing to prepare a three course classic French dinner for friends, family and possibly lovers.
Glorious Gluten Free - Learn how to make gourmet gluten free food! This is the class for the person who prepares the family meals.
The Best of Provence - Culinary highlights from Provence and the southern coast of France
Taste of Mexico - Learn some of the diverse flavors of Mexico. Chef Chandra spent a semester of her graduate studies in Guadalajara, Mexico. When not studying she would seek out friends’ grandmothers and learn their techniques and recipes.
International Tapas - Learn the beauty of small plates for any social event. Understand how to execute flavors for that ‘wow factor’ during any gathering.
International Breads - Appreciate why bread has been a staple for mankind for more than 5000 years. Craft true artisanal breads from around the globe.


COOKING CLASS SCHEDULE

Classes are limited in size to 10 students and will not run if there are less than 6 students. Corporate team building classes may be booked for up to 35 students. We are always BYOB and Chef will provide a wine pairing suggestion list as confirmation of your reservation.

March / April Classes 

Our culinary classes are a long time favorite with foodies who would rather learn to cook some of the dishes and then sit down to a private dinner with Chef Riccetti and enjoy their collaborative efforts. Each student will learn in a commercial kitchen with hands on instruction and go home with the recipes they learn during class. Classes are three hours long with two hours of instruction/practical work and an hour of fine dining after!

 

French Master Class Friday, March 31st at 7pm

Master classic French cuisine…or at least three classic dishes! This class features Soufflé au Comté, Soupe à L’Oignon, Poisson en Papillotte! As always, Chef will create two other courses and everyone will sit down to dine together at the conclusion of class!

 

Favorite Flavors of Thai Cuisine Thursday, April 27th, 7-10pm

Learn how to make your favorite Thai dishes like Tom Ka Gai and Spring Rolls. Students will master three dishes and Chef Riccetti will whip up two other courses, then sit down together to enjoy your creations. Take home the recipes and create a Thai evening for your friends and family! Classes limited to 6 students with hands on instruction in a professionally equipped commercial kitchen. Italian Classics Friday, April 28th, 7-10pm 

Learn how to create sumptuous Italian fare and all your friends will compete for dinner reservations at your home! Chef Riccetti will teach you classic dishes like Braciole and perfect‘18 minute’ Risotto, as well as teaching you technique tips and tricks that will increase your culinary comfort zone. Classes limited to 6 students with hands on instruction in a professionally equipped commercial kitchen. Global Bites Saturday, April 29th, 7-10pm 

Every culture has a history of delicious bite sized food. From Empanadas to Arancini and Satay, taking this class will amp up your entertainment repertoire and dazzle the gourmands in your life! **This class always sells out quickly so please make reservations early. Classes limited to 6 students with hands on instruction in a professionally equipped commercial kitchen.
